My First BET Awards: Kid Cudi

great video on cudi's experience at the BET awards! yay!

my lil commentary:

• he didn't win best new artist, but congrats to miss keri baby! she definitely deserved it!! i am in love with in a perfect world. great album!
  
• but like he said--it's amazing that he was nominated, and he didn't even release an album yet!!!! greatness.
• mama mescudi was adorable! love that he took her to the awards.
  
• aww >> "lil scott" haha.
• couches and floors, look at him now.
• great, inspiring story.
• sooo glad he's not retiring!!!!
• love that he wore a t-shirt to the awards. such a simple, carefree kinda dude.
  
• "she's so hott... she's so hott... she's so hott!!!" hahahahah, his laugh is mad precious!!!
• of course people recognize youuuu!! if he ever comes back to my school to perform, i'm positive he's gonna need security that time around... hahah. definitely.

like, i think it's great if you wanna look fly or what not... shoot, i'm all for that, but sometimes artists, or celebs, or people in general... when they let fame get to them, they forget what they were there to do. na'mean?!
