i'm mad late. mad mad late. but i love these! i don't know what it is. the black and white ones on the 2nd picture---i want! cipher is a hong kong based footwear line. it's just something different from the usual nikes or whatever. i'm pretty sure there are 3 different styles: seditionary, libertine, & subterranean. i love the seditionary style. check it out. available for men & women.
